After her time at Handy Car Rental, Shannon Ross leaves Toronto behind and starts over in Hamilton, Ontario. As the new executive director of the Hamilton East Animal Shelter, she steps into a workplace full of animals, responsibilities and an eclectic staff who now look to her as their boss while she adjusts to a very different career path.
