At Third Street Elementary School, six fourth-grade best friends make the most of recess, turning the playground into the center of their world. As they grow up together, the four boys and two girls navigate friendships, school rules, run-ins with authority, the ever-watchful school snitch, and the constant challenge of winning at kickball.
