Filmed over a decade, this documentary series follows Steven Avery, a DNA exoneree rebuilding his life after prison as he works to expose corruption in local law enforcement. While that effort is underway, Avery is drawn into a new and grisly criminal case, becoming the prime suspect and placing his past, his claims, and the justice system under renewed scrutiny.
