In 1980s Los Angeles, a group of women build their lives around performing for a wrestling organization, balancing the demands of the ring with complicated personal relationships. As the team begins a new run of shows in glamorous Las Vegas, power struggles, sexual tension and changing priorities put pressure on their friendships and test the bond that holds them together.
