Teen street racer Tony Toretto, cousin of Dominic Toretto, is recruited by a government agency for a dangerous undercover mission. Along with his friends, Tony must use his driving skills to infiltrate an elite racing league that hides a criminal operation. Behind the races is SH1FT3R, a gang with plans for world domination, and the young racers have to get close without blowing their cover.
