Welcome to Borovia

In the cash-strapped former Soviet state of Borovia, surly President Stepanov is struggling with democracy after a decade in power. With voters ready to throw out his Workers Party, he pushes his quarrelling ministers to find a way to stay in office. Inside a crumbling government ministry, plots, counterplots and a risky visit from wealthy neighboring Uzgoristan turn the election scramble into chaos.
