The Watchman

Carl works as a CCTV operator, watching crime unfold from behind a bank of screens. When a gang of drug dealers keeps operating and the police refuse to take action, his frustration turns into a dangerous sense of responsibility. Convinced that someone has to step in, Carl takes the law into his own hands, setting off consequences far more devastating than he expects.
