Overview
In Cairo in 2011, a maid witnesses the murder of a woman inside a luxurious hotel. A police officer is assigned to investigate, but as he follows the case, signs emerge that powerful people would rather see it disappear. Set in the tense days leading up to the Egyptian revolution, the inquiry draws him into a world where influence and fear shape what can be uncovered.
