The King

In 15th-century England, Hal is a capricious prince who has kept his distance from court, living among the populace rather than embracing royal duty. In the aftermath of his brother’s death, circumstances force him to accept the throne and become Henry V. As king, he must confront the burdens of power in a world shaped by deceit, war and treachery.
