The Interpreter

Silvia Broome, an interpreter working at United Nations headquarters, overhears what sounds like a plan for an assassination. As the threat is taken seriously, an American Secret Service agent is assigned to investigate what she heard and determine whether the plot is real. Caught between her role as a translator and the scrutiny of the investigation, Silvia becomes central to a tense security inquiry.
