The Emeryville Experiments

After a car crash leaves four college kids stranded, they search for help in Emeryville, a decaying village that seems far from safe. As the newcomers look for a way out, they learn the place was once the site of clinical experiments that went terribly wrong. Trapped in hostile surroundings and pursued by unstable locals, they must plan an escape before Emeryville closes in on them.
