A failed chemical research makes ordinary turtles into giant with the ability to walk and talk like people. Being taught and raised by a kung fu master, four turtles turtle matured and became the secret ninja fighting to preserve justice and peace in the underworld of the city of New York. With the support from a beautiful young reporter April O’Neil, five people find ways to against the dark forces.
