Stan, Kyle, Cartman, and Kenny face life in a world after the COVID-19 pandemic. Having lived through the crisis as children, the four friends have survived, but the experience has left them changed. As the post-COVID world takes shape around them, the question remains of what the pandemic did to the kids who grew up through it.
