Unfolding in real time, Soft & Quiet follows Emily, an elementary school teacher who brings together a group of like-minded women for a mixer. What begins as an organized gathering shifts when Emily encounters a woman from her past. An altercation draws the group into escalating tension, setting off a volatile chain of events over the course of the meeting.
