Snoopy Presents: Welcome Home, Franklin

Franklin is new in town and eager to make friends, but fitting in with the Peanuts gang proves harder than he expected. His usual ways of connecting do not quite work, and he struggles to find his place. When a Soap Box Derby race comes around, Franklin sees a chance to impress the others and win over new pals, teaming up with the only other kid without a partner: Charlie Brown.
