Pavements

Pavements follows the influential 1990s indie-rock band Pavement as they reunite for their sold-out 2022 tour. Blending documentary footage with scripted elements and a musical staging built from the band’s discography, the film tracks the preparations while a series of surreal tributes take shape, including an off-Broadway musical, a museum dedicated to the band’s legacy, and a Hollywood biopic with awards-season ambitions.
