Overview
In Brazil, a lower-middle-class Black family faces a period of uncertainty after the election of a far-right extremist president. As they cope with pressures at home and in the world around them, the mother becomes convinced she is cursed after an unexpected encounter, while her husband invests his hopes in their son’s soccer future.
