In New York City’s criminal and violent Romani world, aging leader Zharko Stepanowicz decides to pass his authority to his grandson, Dave. But Dave does not want the role, and the choice bypasses his father, stirring resentment inside the family. As leadership changes hands, the decision fuels tension and infighting among those closest to the throne.
