Cops and Robbers

A strung-out police hostage negotiator is drawn into a tense standoff with a cornered bank robber determined to escape. As the situation inside the bank grows more dangerous, the robber turns the crisis into a personal game of cat and mouse, aiming not only to get away but to humiliate the negotiator, his own brother, in the process.
