Overview
In the poverty-stricken favelas of 1970s Rio de Janeiro, two young men grow up amid escalating drug-related violence and choose sharply different paths. Rocket, a budding photographer, tries to make sense of his neighborhood through his camera, while Jose “Ze” Pequeno pursues power as an ambitious drug dealer drawn deeper into a dangerous life of crime.
