A narcissistic plastic surgeon has built his life around appearances and a narrow idea of what makes a woman desirable. Convinced he deserves only women of a certain high quality, he is challenged when he meets an everyday woman who does not fit his usual standards and begins questioning his morals, his methods, and his sense of purpose.
