Angel Heart

In 1955, down-and-out Brooklyn private investigator Harry Angel takes a job from a mysterious client calling himself Louis Cypher. His assignment is to find missing singer Johnny Favorite, a search that leads him from Harlem’s desperate streets to the smoke-filled jazz clubs of New Orleans and into the Louisiana swamps, where the case grows darker amid a seedy underworld of voodoo.
