One year before graduation, two college students fall in love and begin to imagine a future beyond school. With promising paths ahead, their relationship is filled with hope and possibility, until one of them develops schizophrenia. As the illness changes what they expected from life and from each other, their love is tested by uncertainty, fear, and the reality of facing a future they never planned for.
